Advanced Lens Surgery is performed through four precise steps:

What to Expect After Advanced Lens Surgery
Timeline:

Week 1 — First week Attend your first follow-up appointment at Royal Eye & Ear Hospital. Most patients can resume light daily activities including reading, watching television and working on a computer. Avoid swimming and dusty environments.

Residual Refractive Error
In some cases, the full target prescription may not be achieved after surgery, leaving a small residual refractive error. This can usually be managed with a lens adjustment, spectacles, or a laser enhancement procedure.
